things taht i have done to do it..
1. list the food that i should just eat everyday
-come with rice, 1 cup of rice, veges and meat.
2. sit ups every morning. so i ended up hungry after this activity :)
3. 3 cups of coffee per day
4.sleep when i feel im craving for something.
5. eat. i cant fight the feeling.
6.promise to go to the gym (too expensive) so just promise! that would be someday :DD
7.skip dinner.( angry mode)
8.drink soda on lunch.. and promise.. *(these would be the last)*
9.dance.. every morning . 2mins( that's enough)
10. walk along the street and eat street foods with my nedj :)))
at the end of the day.. i go back to the bed with the wish of being sexy and motivating my self that its not all about the body, it's all about the attitude. but the problem is i don't think i have that. :)
when it's all about diet? i always luck a vitamin.. and that would be vitamin D------- discipline.
